Progress Continues, But Reality Is Setting In
This week’s weigh-in came in at 259.6 lbs—a solid drop and another step in the right direction.
No major changes this week. Same 5mg dosage, same general routine.
I try not to get on the scale at all during the week and I save it for Monday morning be

💉 Medication Check-In
Still on 5mg, and it’s doing its job:
- Appetite is controlled
- Cravings are low
- Eating feels more intentional
It’s not as intense as the first few weeks, but that’s expected. It feels more stable now, which honestly is a good thing. I do get momments at breakfast or lunch time I feel like it is time to eat.
⚖️ The Progress So Far
- Starting Weight: 275 lbs
- Current Weight: 259.6 lbs
- Total Loss Weight Loss: 15+ lbs
Crossing into the 250s makes this feel real.
I also felt real good about dropping into the 250’s My big thing is I do not want my life to be defined by a number.
🏋️♂️ The Honest Part
I still haven’t started working out.
Not because I don’t think it matters—it absolutely does.
It’s been time constraints with school, plain and simple.
But I can see clearly now:
What’s gotten me here won’t be enough long-term.
At some point very soon, workouts have to become part of the routine—even if it’s just short sessions.
🧠 Where Things Are Shifting
The first part of this journey was:
👉 Exciting
👉 Fast
👉 Motivating
Now it’s becoming:
👉 Routine
👉 Consistency
👉 Discipline
🔄 A Small Change Going Forward
I will do a monthly update and other information about what I am doing as far as supplements and my progress with side effects with the shots.
- Short weekly updates like this
- More detailed monthly breakdowns
The goal is simple:
👉 Stay consistent, even if the format evolves
🔜 Focus Going Forward
- Keep food consistent
- Start adding movement where possible
- Stay on track with weigh-ins
- Keep documenting honestly
Final Thought
This wasn’t a perfect week—but it was a productive week. And right now, stacking productive weeks matters more than anything. I am still averaging between 1.5 and 2 pounds a week.
